personnel and equipment from point of road access to work site.

• Four fully independent disc brakes giving smooth braking within 25% of the distance
  specification in RIS-1530PLT
• Spun wheels give compliance at the wheel to rail interface
• Low torsional stiffness of space frame provides a smooth and safe ride with no hunting
  between flanges and minimum risk of derailment.
